As our CA Cherry Sales Support Specialist at Stemilt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations across production, sales, and accounting. From April through June, during the fast-paced California cherry season, you will wear many hats-monitoring inventory levels, managing orders, coordinating schedules, and preparing reports. After the season concludes, your focus will shift to ensuring accounting accuracy for our growers and assisting with collections. A flexible schedule and potential for overtime are required during May and June. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.

Additional Responsibilities

• Become a product expert by collaborating with QC, production, sales, and shipping teams

• Assist the Category Manager with reporting and data management

• Monitor inventory rotation, manage orders, and coordinate carrier arrivals

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide array of customers

• Support the department with troubleshooting, order alignment, and fulfillment

• Escalate issues to management when necessary

• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel with excellent math skills

• Detail-Oriented: Sharp organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
