We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our Sales team and help us maintain and grow our C-Store accounts nationwide along with bringing on new business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in C-Store sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for providing excellent service to our valued customers.

Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for each account.
  • Identify new opportunities across C-Store accounts including 7-Eleven, Circle K, Sheetz, Wawa and others.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Attend industry events and trainings to stay abreast of the latest FMCG trends and developments.

Profile

A successful National Account Manager should have:

  • Proven C-Store sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
