A large IT/fortune 500 client of ours are seeking C /.NET Developers to join their team. There are multiple level openings so pay rates depend on candidate qualification and technical assessment. You will be supporting Windows device desktop applications to help maintain security and compliance and help users be more productive. This will be a 40 hour work week and starting off as a 9-month contract with a high likelihood of extensions. Candidates must be able to work on a W2.
Enterprise Engineering is looking for a C /.NET Software Development Engineer who will work on mission-critical Windows desktop applications that directly impact our customers. Your role will involve developing, maintaining, and enhancing our enterprise-level .NET applications while working closely with cross-functional teams. Primary responsibilities include developing robust and performant solutions, troubleshooting/debugging production issues, implementing fixes for internally developed code (C , .NET), performing database operations, and improving our systems that gather metrics on our features. Responsibilities also include collaborating on corporate and divisional software projects, enhancing current software architecture, automating support processes, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation.

They must be detail-oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate strong organizational abilities, work independently, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in .NET development
- Proficiency in C and understanding of .NET Framework 4 through .NET 8
- Experience with Windows application development
- Knowledge of software development best practices and patterns
Additional Technical Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud services (preferred)
