Assisting with day to day office support operations and providing administrative support services.
  • Prepares and/or composes documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, team meeting minutes, psychiatric evaluations, reports, contracts, forms, financial documents, agency referral documentation and other administrative documents.
  • Assists with data entry into the electronic health record.
  • Answers all phone calls, provides information to callers when possible, directs calls to appropriate staff.
  • Files documents as needed and sorts faxes that arrive, forwards mail to appropriate staff, receives packages and ensures they are directed to appropriate employees.
  • Ensures all information received and exchanged remains confidential at all times.
  • Assists with ordering supplies.
  • Arranges travel accommodations including conference registration and transportation.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Coordinator, Program Director, or Leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • Demonstrates capacity to communicate effectively including strong verbal and written communications skills; customer service oriented, with ability to engage professionally with culturally and linguistically diverse staff and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of programs including MS Office Suites.
  • Veteran preferred; Bilingual preferred. - but not required.
