Come join the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategic Supplier Team. We are looking for an early career subcontract administrator for supplier and subcontract management, working with various suppliers across the globe.

What You Will Be Doing:
You and the team will be responsible overall management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance and interfacing with program functional organizations, including Production Operations, and supplier management. The position will be responsible of managing procurement, delivery activities and related purchase order delivery schedules supporting IFG, AMMM and F-35 production, sustainment, and development programs.

Within this role, you will lead and support activities that include but not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi-functions and multi-level platforms.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience/combined education, and 2 years of professional experience
- Experience managing competing priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, ERP system, SAP systems or similar
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:

• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)

• Excellent organization skills

• Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills

• Sound decision making abilities

• Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated

• Subcontract management skills/practices

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)

• Solid problem solving skills

Ability to Work Remotely:Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
