Pay Range: $30 - $34/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct demand forecasting and analysis to optimize supply planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing required
- ERP/SAP knowledge preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in supply planning or related field. - Proficiency with supply planning tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- APICS certification or relevant supply chain certifications.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
