Business Travel Consultants
- Required for a growing and dynamic business travel company on a remote basis. Due to expansion, my client is recruiting an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join their team. The role involves supporting clients with both new and existing bookings on mixed accounts. This position offers a salary up to £32k, dependent on experience, plus bonus. The role requires experience using Galileo.
Business Travel Consultants duties
- Working on corporate accounts, booking worldwide travel arrangements using Galileo.
- Booking and amending flights, hotels, car hire, and rail; providing up-to-date travel and visa advice.
- Handling changes, cancellations, etc.
- Ticketing functions.
Business Travel Consultants skills required
- Experience as a business travel consultant using Galileo is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of flights and fares.
- Experience with ticketing preferred.
- Customer-focused.
- Ability to commit to Mon-Fri, 4pm-11pm shifts.
