Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transactional Tax Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will bring a working understanding of taxation of entities and owners (especially partnerships and S corps) and real estate.
Qualifications:
Exceptional academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school, an active license to practice law in California, and excellent research, analytical, and communication and writing skills. An LLM in Tax is required.
What We Offer:

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on various factors, including the type and years of job experience and overall qualifications. We anticipate a starting salary of $175k to $225k, with ultimate compensation based on experience, production, and other factors, and may include discretionary components.
