ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

45% Support digital integrations with Application Programming Interface (API) suites, which includes:
  • Developing, executing, and analyzing project and test plans for product requirements, application interface updates, and system fixes.
  • Assisting in integrator testing, providing feedback on new product builds, and identifying potential issues and solutions for seamless integration.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for system/process updates and fixes related to integration.
  • Managing technical communications to ensure clear, accurate and timely updates are shared with integrators.
  • Responding to integrator support tickets, clarifying inquiries, researching issues, and offering solutions.
  • Serving as a resource on existing digital solutions, providing training and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
45% Collaborate with Internal and external stakeholders to implement new solutions and enhancements to existing solutions, which includes:
  • Supporting design and documentation of digital process workflows to streamline operations.
  • Documenting requirements for new digital solutions and integrations.
  • Planning and executing projects, including creating and implementing project plans and test plans for digital solution implementations and integrations.
  • Researching, evaluating, and recommending third-party digital solutions when appropriate.
  • Serving as an expert on current digital solutions, offering ongoing training and support to internal and external teams.
10% Perform other functions as assigned, which includes:
  • Participating in team activities, events and special projects as needed.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc assignments or tasks that support department goals.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Four or more years' experience in insurance, business, or project management field.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to Interact effectively and professionally with others.
  • Effective planning, organizational, analytical, problem solving, decision making, negotiation skills.
  • Talent required in values, work intensity, achiever, positivity, relationship, resourcefulness, persuasion, command, relationship-extension, and exactness.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
PHYSICAL AND WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
  • May require work beyond standard hours to fulfill job duties.
  • This position is required to be onsite at the Assurity Center.
