Program Overview A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer. About The Role The Business Systems Analyst provides financial analysis and support in a fast-paced and dynamic customer environment. This position will manage the customer's multi-million dollar Spend Plan.
Perform finance reporting and analysis
Perform due diligence in validating the Customer's portfolio of assets and support services
Perform day-to-day actions related to spending, tracking, analyzing and managing Customer funding/cost baseline
Manage program and project budgets and control costs
Review, audit and concur on various Customer actions and requests
Complete a daily spend plan review, reconcile, coordinate and validate Customer inputs and updates
Provide weekly budget status email to various Stakeholders
Work with the budget/plans team to ensure synchronicity with regard to spend plan execution
Qualifications Required Minimum 15 years of experience managing a budget for any entity in the federal government
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
Business/Financial background
Experience navigating the full federal budget cycle with preference for Customer related experience
Strong understanding of the customer and community's financial systems and processes
Experience in financial oversight and analysis including budget builds, funding requests, expenditure tracking and projections
Expertise in financial reporting methods including building and running reports, support preparation of briefings for Executive-level personnel
Experience in creating business rhythms and conducting financial meetings
Strong communication skills and the ability to respond to spontaneous requests from management for real time budget status information
Experience being the central POC for all group financial transactions including routing for funding packages, acceptance documents and de-obligation/closeout actions
Highly proficient in Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-starter requiring minimal oversight and direction to execute independent projectsDesired Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance or a related field
On site customer domain experience
Ability to interface/collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders of various seniority levels

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
