This critical role is focused on ensuring the privacy rights of our global customers and employees are upheld, while continuously improving and automating the processes behind those rights.
You'll work in a hybrid environment at our Mountain View, CA headquarters, spending 3 days per week onsite (with flexibility on which days). You'll be surrounded by passionate experts in privacy, engineering, product, and legal-where your work truly impacts millions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless execution of data privacy rights.
- Analyze current business processes and systems in the Privacy area, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and document detailed business requirements for engineers to design, develop, and implement solutions that align with privacy regulations and company policies.
- Independently drive the resolution of issues across various teams, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Support the restructuring of business systems to optimize output efficiency and ensure compliance with global privacy standards.
- Continuously monitor and follow-up on completed work, providing expert consultation for future improvements and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on privacy and data rights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with and provide constructive feedback to individuals at all levels of employment.
- Proficiency in GSuite and a functional understanding of software systems, with a fundamental understanding of software coding.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
