Business Systems Analyst (Multiple Positions)

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $182,700 - $244,000/yr. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside in California and most states. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in progressive, post-baccalaureate business systems analysis. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in business systems analysis. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following: product development business processes and applications/systems (SAP ERP); data-warehouse design and support; analytical dashboard design; and/or Enterprise Reports development. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in at least 3 of the following software: SAP-PLM; SAP PP; SAP-MM; SAP-EPM; SAP-WM; SAP-TM; SAP LE; SD; CRM; FI; Agile; Windchill; TeamCenter; KR; and/or Appian. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in at least 3 of the following production planning: Inventory; Bill of Materials (BOM); Routings; Demand Management; Sales and Operation Planning; and/or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP). Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in at least 3 of the following material management: Inventory management; blueprinting; design; configuration; testing; Purchasing processes; Physical Inventory processes; and/or Release Strategy.
