Primary Skills: SAP EWM (Expert), Troubleshooting (Advanced), Project Implementation (Expert), Functional Documentation (Intermediate), Requirements Gathering (Required) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ months Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay Range: $90 - $95 Per Hour on W2 Job Summary: We are looking for a techno-functional Business Systems Analyst with a distinct focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) to support production operations and project implementations. This role requires bridging business needs with technical solutions, aimed at enhancing warehouse operations efficiency and addressing critical issues effectively. With a split focus on production support (60%) and project implementation (40%), the successful candidate will ensure seamless warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead troubleshooting and resolution of EWM queue errors including shipping, serialization, and labeling. Analyze incidents to identify root causes and coordinate with developers for solutions. Provide essential onsite support for urgent issues covering Pacific Time after 12:30 PM. Gather and analyze business requirements to draft functional specifications. Collaborate with Solution Architects and offshore teams to convert business needs into technical designs. Must Have Skills: Proficient in SAP EWM with a minimum of 5 years of experience including implementation and production support. Hands-on experience in EWM queues, serialization/labeling, and functional documentation. Availability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA for 3 days per week. Domain Experience Required: Experience in high volume distribution centers handling diversified products is preferred. Techno-functional expertise with the ability to debug ABAP code is desirable. The successful candidate will report directly to the Production Support Manager, working closely with Solution Architects and Offshore Developers to address current challenges and fill the onsite EWM consultant gap. This role is set within a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite and offers competitive compensation aligned with BSA3 market rates.
