Business Systems Analyst

Position: Business Systems Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 12 months

Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience

• Experienced with providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance and feedback.
• Experience in technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management.
• Experience working on multiple simultaneous IT programs/projects throughout the entire life cycle from, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Documentation

• Create and maintain user guides/manuals, demo videos, and other project artifacts.
• Maintain branch-wide inventory of LAN/ WAN funded assets, including equipment, licenses, and maintenance.
• Asset Management. Day to day management of maintenance and licensing contracts

Collaboration and Communication

• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project/program manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Serve as a liaison between the LAN/ WAN Program, the courts, and vendors. Provide vendor escalations, and other information/communication as needed.
• Collaborate with program/project manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Experienced at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders, coworkers, and vendors.
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills.

Others

• Experienced with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio.

Desirable Qualifications

• Recent experience within the Judicial Branch (Trial Courts or Judicial Council) with projects of a similar type helpful.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in an IT or related Engineering field.
