Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the overhaul and optimization of our SAP system. This role involves spearheading initiatives to revamp our existing SAP infrastructure, centralize business operations, and ensure alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and demonstrate proficiency in scoping, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities - SAP Transformation Leadership - Lead the transformation of our SAP system, including cleanup efforts and project implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and determine the most suitable ERP solution.
- Project Coordination - Interface with internal teams to ensure project progression and alignment with organizational goals.
- ERP Process Optimization - Utilize ERP expertise to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
- User & Technical Liaison - Act as a bridge between technical teams and end users, facilitating testing and gathering feedback.
- ERP Best Practices & Trends - Maintain a deep understanding of ERP best practices and industry trends to inform decision-making.
- Business Advocacy - Champion Fair Oaks' interests throughout the ERP transformation process, prioritizing business needs and objectives.
- End User Support & Training - Provide guidance and support to end users on ERP usage and troubleshooting.
- User Testing & SOP Development - Lead end user testing (UAT) and create standard operating procedures
- Data Governance & Quality - Ensure data integrity within SAP by defining data governance policies, identifying data inconsistencies, and leading data cleanup efforts.
- Change Management & Training - Develop and execute change management strategies to support user adoption, including training materials, workshops, and ongoing support
- Process Mapping & Optimization - Conduct process analysis to document current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in ERP system implementation, preferably with SAP.
- Strong understanding of ERP principles and their application within a business context.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from scoping phase through to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to identify and address complex business challenges.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Previous experience with ERP testing and end user support is advantageous.
- Adept at balancing technical requirements with business objectives, keeping Fair Oaks' best interests in focus.
