We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic
Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our growing Digital & Technology team. As a BSA, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving innovation in hospitality systems that enhance the guest experience and streamline internal operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful system implementations across Hilton's global enterprise.
Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for technology teams.
- Partner with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support systems across hotel operations, reservations, guest services, digital check-in, CRM, and loyalty platforms.
- Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization or automation.
- Create process flows, data maps, and use cases to clarify business requirements and technical integrations.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Collaborate with global teams and third-party vendors to implement, integrate, and maintain enterprise platforms.
- Ensure systems comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI, GDPR).
- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users as needed.
