The Role This part-time remote position involves working
30 hours per week (Monday-Thursday). As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support the
Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams within a cloud-first ecosystem, utilizing tools such as NetSuite, Coupa, Agiloft, and Workato.
Your ability to engage strategically while also executing tasks will set you apart. You should feel comfortable leading discussions with stakeholders and managing system configurations behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary IT partner for the Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams
- Oversee and improve the NetSuite, Coupa, and Agiloft systems
- Troubleshoot and support system integrations, particularly using Workato
- Assist with compliance-related activities and monitor system changes
- Lead small to mid-size system projects and enhancements
- Engage in self-training as necessary and quickly adapt to internal systems
What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing business systems
- 3+ years focused on procurement systems and Procure-to-Pay workflows
- Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite (a top priority)
- Familiarity with Agiloft, Coupa, and Workato is highly desirable
- Experience in regulated industries such as biotech or life sciences
- Knowledge of SOX compliance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently across functions
