Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a highly motivated
Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide critical project administration support with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and project coordination. This role is essential to ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication across teams, and compliance with program and contractual requirements.
Day to Day Work Responsibilities: Serve as the lead for deliverables and document management across the program. - Manage and oversee contractual program deliverables, ensuring all timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure all documents adhere to required contractual formats and compliance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of document submissions and audit files.
- Develop and implement systems for data collection, reporting criteria, and record-keeping.
- Research and compile statistical data in support of project reporting requirements.
- Assist in the development of written narratives and executive summaries for reports.
- Provide end-to-end reporting on the status of all program deliverables.
- Design and implement scheduling automation to align with contractual obligations.
- Track and report on system data updates to ensure ongoing compliance with contract requiremen
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience or Master's degree and 3 years experience or high school diploma/equivalent and 9 years experience
U. S. Citizenship required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Document Management Experience - must have the ability to create / review formal contractual governmental documents
Expertise in Technical and Software areas (IT tools, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Analytical Software or Tools, SQL or similar exposure, etc)
Must have experience creating and automating metrics
Must have Business Intelligence / Analytics Reporting Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial, Business and/or Technical Experience
Demonstrated ability to manage complex and challenging deliverables and reporting
Familiarity with DOD IT security requirements
Performance Management Reporting Experience / SLA Reporting and design
Quality Management Experience - ability to design quality plans, metrics, and similar
Project management skills

Target Salary Range
$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
