Business Systems Analyst III - DoD Navy Financial Systems

Location: On site in one of the following locations: Alexandria, VA (Navy Yard), Norfolk, VA, Honolulu, HI, San Diego, CA

Clearance: Current and active Secret required

Job Description:
Independently apply advanced technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions. Level IIIs provide direction to project teams and interact with FM&C and Government clients at the Brange and Division Head level.
Skills Required:

• Experience supporting systems consolidations/migration, modernization, ERP implementation, IT system audit readiness, IT audit reviews, IT systems control documentation, and/or FISCAM and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and sustainment for large state or Federal Government agency programs.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP, Oracle Federal Financials or other relevant financial system environments.

Experience Required:

• Minimum six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of experience may be substituted for the minimum education requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field from a United States accredited institution.
• CISA or similar IT professional certification required.

Preferred Experience:

• DoD Federal Financial experience
• Navy / Marine Corp Federal Financial Systems such as Navy ERP, SABRE, etc.
• Previous Government / DoD consulting experience.
