Business Systems Analyst II - DoD / Navy Financial Systems Location: On site in one of the following locations:
Alexandria, VA PS1
, Norfolk, VA, Honolulu, HI, San Diego, CA Clearance: Current and active Secret required
Job Description: Apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions.
Skills Required: - Experience supporting systems consolidations/migration, modernization, ERP implementation, IT system audit readiness, IT audit reviews, IT systems control documentation, and/or FISCAM and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and sustainment for large state or Federal Government agency programs.
- Skilled in abnormal transaction reconciliation such as UnMatched Transactions, Abnormal Accounts Receivable (Reimbursable) with an understanding of business systems/processes such as .MILSTRIP, DTS, WAWF, SPS.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP, Oracle Federal Financials or other relevant financial system environments.
Experience Required: - Minimum three (3) years of progressive, relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of experience may be substituted for the minimum education requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field from a United States accredited institution.
Preferred Experience: - DoD Federal Financial experience
- Navy / Marine Corp Federal Financial Systems such as Navy ERP, SABRS, etc.
- Previous Government / DoD consulting experience.
