Inviting applications for the role of Business Systems Analyst - Level III

In this role, as a trusted advisor to the business, establish partnerships, assess business needs, provide critical interpretation of data, form hypotheses and synthesize conclusions into recommendations, turning data analysis into insights

Responsibilities:
  • All selected responsibilities associated with Business Systems Analyst - Level II
  • Lead multiple projects and trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriate
  • Investigate complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutions
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions
  • Design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/graphs, drill-downs, and dynamic reports to meet new information needs
  • Lead the creation of a catalog of Key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata
  • Serve as a resource for human performance architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design training and performance support products
  • Inform technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the project
  • Complete all appropriate documentation required by developers, QA analysts, deployment team, and operation support team that will maintain the Application
  • Ensure security requirements built into final solution design
Qualifications we seek in you.

Minimum qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • 5+ years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibility
  • Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to Perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
