The Role This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity working
30 hours per week (Monday-Thursday) on
Pacific Time hours. The Business Systems Analyst will support
Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams across a cloud-first ecosystem, including tools like NetSuite, Coupa, Agiloft, and Workato.
The ideal candidate can operate at both strategic and executional levels - someone who's confident leading conversations with stakeholders and equally comfortable configuring systems behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary IT partner for the Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams
- Manage and enhance NetSuite, Coupa, and Agiloft systems
- Troubleshoot and support integrations (especially via Workato)
- Support compliance-related activities and system change monitoring
- Guide small to mid-size system projects and improvements
- Self-train as needed and adapt quickly to internal systems
What They're Looking For- 5+ years supporting or implementing business systems
- 3+ years focused on procurement systems and Procure-to-Pay workflows
- Deep hands-on NetSuite experience (a top priority)
- Familiarity with Agiloft, Coupa, and Workato is highly desirable
- Experience in regulated industries such as biotech, life sciences, or adjacent sectors
- Understanding of SOX compliance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously across functions
