HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

Support the Requirements Management for a major Data Center project. This role is crucial in the development of a new, modern Data Center facility with advanced technology capabilities.

YOU WILL:

  • Provide expert consulting services for the Data Center project, focusing on 100% Design Submittal, Technical Decision tracking, and project interdependencies.

  • Support Technology Design and Implementation activities, including systems identification, technology design basis establishment, and adherence to regulation and best practices requirements.

  • Conduct technical analysis by attending vendor meetings, documenting scope and decisions for Data Center design topics.

  • Facilitate and document Risk Assessment (SCRA) and Technology Approval Process for the Data Center.

  • Manage communication and tracking support for design submittal reviews.

  • Create Catalog Identifiers for Telecom and data center and facility system equipment.

  • Perform project scheduling duties, including updating tasks, resources, hours, and timelines in Microsoft Project.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in large-scale technology projects.

  • Strong knowledge of data center technologies and designs.

  • Familiarity with best practices requirements and cyber security in the context of facility and electric systems.

  • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in electric utility or energy sector projects.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and design documents.

  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Risk Assessment and Technology Approval Process.
