Business Support Specialist

First State Community Bank's Business Services Department in Farmington is seeking a Business Support Specialist to assist with the setup and support of our business products and services.

An excellent Business Support Specialist must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand problems and explain their solution. They must be resourceful and efficient in accomplishing tasks and meeting customers needs.

The Business Support Specialists are responsible for supporting the following products (but not limited to): Merchant Services, Commercial and Consumer Credit Cards, ACH, Wire Transfer Services, Remote Deposit Capture, Business Online Banking, Positive Pay & Smart Pay.

Professionalism

• Serve as a point of contact for business customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Efficiently and accurately complete all aspects of new business product set up with a focus on excellent customer service

Accountability

• Record events, issues and resolutions in Customer Relationship Management system
• Assist business customers with any compliance and audit procedures

Initiative

• Follow up with business customers after initial setup and any customer service issues to ensure satisfaction
• Perform troubleshooting via phone/email/webinar until a successful resolution is attained

Adaptability

• Work with next-level support to resolve Business Services issues when necessary
• Serve as a resource and support contact for frontline staff seeking knowledge and/or customer support
