FirstFour Staffing has partnered with a reputable mortgage company that is seeking to add a Business Support Coordinator to their team in Spanish Fort, AL.


This is an onsite role that cannot be performed remotely.


About the Opportunity:

As a Business Support Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to a dynamic team of Loan Officers. Responsibilities:

  • Support Loan Officers by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing client documentation
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to gather initial information and pre-qualify interest
  • Maintain and organize client records and leads in the CRM system with accuracy and consistency
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and collect required documents
  • Assist in coordinating daily team activities and ensuring timely client communication
  • Keep electronic files organized and support overall workflow efficiency
  • Help onboard new clients and contribute to a smooth, professional experience throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

  • No prior industry experience required - full administrative and industry training provided
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone- and computer-based role
  • Familiar with basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge a plus)
  • Professional, dependable, and team-focused with a willingness to learn
