Hammer Media is a brand that represents Caleb Hammer and his YouTube Channels.


Amassing over 1.9 million subscribers and over 1 billion views in 2.5 years, our hit show Financial Audit is one of the fastest growing channels on the internet.


As our business sales representative, you'll be in charge of presenting our personal finance solutions to potential clients at the B2B level.


You'll be joining on the ground floor, handling sales, onboarding, and implementing our business program.


Compensation is mainly commission-based with no cap. We provide a limited salary before switching to an all-commission-based position.


This role is based in our Austin, TX office and requires you to come in 5 days a week.


Responsibilities


  • Source and onboard new businesses into our program.
  • Create pitch decks and materials that show businesses why Hammer Media is a good fit.
  • Manage relationships and communicate effectively with business partners.
  • Help negotiate partnership agreements that align with the needs of our business partners.
  • Identify opportunities to better place and promote our business partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on our sales strategy.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to adjust and improve the product based on business feedback.

What Makes You a Fit


  • Must be in the Austin area or willing to relocate. Will cover some relocation expenses.
  • 4+ years of experience in the B2B space. Ideally selling digital products and business solutions.
  • Experience working with businesses of all sizes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to shape and develop a business.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills to help reflect our company and brand.
  • You're people friendly and enjoy helping others.
  • Willing to work odd hours to get business partnerships over the line.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the personal finance space.
  • Previous managerial or leadership experience.
