Be a key player in our large-scale Microsoft Dynamics journey as a Business Process Manager. You'll have the opportunity to shape our future by leading the design and optimization of critical business processes. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and the successful adoption of Dynamics, and you'll be instrumental in building out our process management capabilities.
In this role, you will: lead process discovery sessions, architect future-state Dynamics processes, partner with technical and business teams, act as a bridge with implementation partners, pinpoint and implement process improvements, champion change management, support system integration, develop training materials, and contribute to building and potentially leading a growing team. Additionally, you will be managing relationships globally.
We're seeking candidates with:
-a strong background in Business Process Management (ideally with ERP/CRM experience)
-deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Customer Engagement
-a track record of leading process initiatives, exceptional communication and analytical abilities
-experience with ARIS or similar process management tools
-a bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field
