As a Business Process Expert (BPE), you will drive the successful launch of critical processes within the Mako workstream for the JR implementation of the "Accelerate" Program, supporting both Mako Capital Sales & Service businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to ensure local teams are engaged, identify change impacts, and ensure new processes are successfully transitioned on-time and within budget. You will deliver a new ERP and partner App solution, requiring close work with leadership to ensure resources are allocated, risks are mitigated, and project objectives are met.

What you will do
  • Support the Deployment Group's partnership with the corporate team to ensure that the business needs are met while aligning to the Accelerate overall vision & design.
  • Attend and actively participate in workshops with the Accelerate & business teams to define future state design and processes, while representing and advocating for the interests of the Mako business.
  • Drive support communications and change management activities arising from the program and partnering with the Commercial business to support a successful release.
  • Assist in the guidance of Workstream Power Users, deployment of a strategy for use development and execution of the appropriate Risk Mitigation Plans for continuing business.
  • Solicit and provide configuration feedback in a timely manner, play a key role in business simulations, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as requested by the Accelerate team.
  • Build a solid understanding of all program impacts to the Mako business, including SAP, ServiceMax, Salesforce and Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and how they work together to create a best-in-class Capital Sales & Service model and ensure the business needs are addressed and met.
  • Work across the JR Deployment Group to support all workstreams that are impacted by the Mako business, by coordinating across all workstreams to fully address the requirements/needs/interests of the Mako/Service business.
  • Lead Support data cleansing activities in relation to the Mako robot master, service entitlement schedules, etc. to ensure accurate legacy data is being transferred into new systems.
  • Drive delivery of all key program milestones for the Mako/Service business on time and on budget.
What you Need

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study.
  • 10+ years of experience working with multiple business functions, such as IS, Finance, Operations, Quality, Sales, etc.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, delivering key program milestones
