Description SAIC is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze, document, and optimize our customer's financial analyst group's processes and translate them into a functional Access database system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governmental budget, and financial management systems. Responsibilities include: Map and analyze current program business processes including contract management, acquisition, resource allocation, procurement, and financial tracking Document end-to-end processes for resource allocations and allotments, budget planning, spend plan development, execution tracking, and fiscal closeouts Define roles and responsibilities within this group Translate business processes into requirements for an Access database Develop process improvement recommendations Create comprehensive documentation and training materials Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Poly is REQUIRED Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience 3-5 years' experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI Hands on experience with JIRA/Confluence and experience working in an Agile and Scrum environment Experience with business process and requirements analysis Experience with the MS Office Suite Desired Qualifications: Ability to work in a dynamic mission environment which requires balancing competing priorities and schedules Ability to demonstrate knowledge of technical writing and work flow process identification and documentation IT technical knowledge and experience Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
