Responsibilities As a Business Process Analyst IV, you will have the opportunity to do the following: Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer. Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration or reengineering efforts.
Provides daily supervision and direction. Qualifications Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline
Five (5) years of related experience
Demonstrated experience with industry standard Quality Assurance Industry best practices for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, testing methodologies, version control systems, implementation, Root Cause analysis, and deployment activities.
Ability to identify and provide process improvements recommendations and overseeing implementation.
Supervisory experience to oversee project team activities, monitor project taskings and milestones, and coordinate activities among multiple project teams.

The salary range for this position is USD $80,100.00/Yr. - USD $133,700.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
