This individual will identify and implement strategic improvements to financial systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and capable of supporting the organization's growth working closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The is role will be responsible for auditing and self-assessing corporate finance process and governance effectiveness. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES + Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement plans, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives. + Collaborate with finance team members to identify areas for process optimization and develop innovative solutions to enhance performance. + Facilitate training and workshops to promote continuous improvement methodologies across the department. + Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. + Develop and maintain process governance procedures that drive effective process execution and continual process improvement. + Must participate on the Emergency Response team (ERO) when designated. + Must support the biennial refueling outage. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. + 10+ years proven experience in budgeting, planning, and financial analysis for mid-to-large company or component of a large-to-enterprise company. This position is open until filled. Pay Range $119,107.00 - $178,661.00 Annual Midpoint: $148,884.00 Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances. Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications. Incentive Compensation This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
