The BizOps team is looking for a dedicated Business Operations Support Engineer with a focus on ensuring site reliability and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Primary Responsibilities: Support the React/Protect applications (80% of the role) and assist with DevOps tasks in the Enable space (10%).
- Key Skills: Proficiency in Unix/Linux, SQL, Java, PCF Cloud, and Splunk, along with experience in monitoring tools. Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes is beneficial. Knowledge in Dynatrace, NiFi, Habitat, and Jenkins is a plus.
- Qualifications: Strong background in L2-L3 Production Support, exceptional debugging skills, and a proven ability to solve complex problems.
