This internship opportunity does not provide any compensation and is an unpaid internship. This is a remote and work from home opportunity. The internship will provide you access to learn about different content management solutions, how to work on a team and work with feedback to develop tailored strategies. This internship is designed to provide exposure to business operations, strategy development, and hands-on business administration tasks. While this is a remote and unpaid opportunity, you will gain practical insights into business management and strategy, work with key stakeholders, and have access to real-world tools and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and small business certifications that can drive business growth and development.
Assist in the creation of business development plans, including identifying opportunities for optimization, cost-saving, and operational improvements.
Support the evaluation and implementation of various industry certifications that improve business credibility and market position.
Help develop and refine business strategies that align with short- and long-term company goals.
Conduct market research and gather data for key decision-making processes.
Assist in project management tasks, including setting timelines, organizing deliverables, and tracking project progress.
Provide administrative support in preparing business reports, presentations, and proposals.
Collaborate with the business team to design and implement marketing and sales strategies.
Stay updated on the latest business management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Contribute to discussions on enhancing business processes, improving team efficiency, and fostering innovation.
Provide support for customer outreach initiatives, including gathering feedback and identifying service improvement areas.
Participate in brainstorming and strategy development sessions for new business initiatives.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity
Basic Qualifications:
Strong analytical and research skills with an interest in business strategy development.
Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines (time management), and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with business operations, marketing strategies, and financial basics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other business management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or able to learn quickly
Attention to detail and strong editing skills
Have your own computer and able to join meetings regularly

Ability to research and self-learn between sessions to self-solve

Currently pursuing a business degree or related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Marketing, etc.)
Previous internships or experience in business administration, operations, or management.
Knowledge of industry-specific certifications (e.g., ISO, Small Business Administration certifications).
Familiarity with business management software (e.g., CRM tools, solution management tools like Wordpress, Asana).
Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
Basic understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in graphic design software or content creation tools for creating presentations.
A creative mindset with a passion for developing and executing innovative business solutions.
Ability to think critically and propose actionable recommendations based on research findings.
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Experience with graphic design software to create your own visuals
