Business Operations / Branch Integrator with Security Clearance

Salary- $115,000-143,000
Must have active TS/SCI Degree/Education

• Bachelor's degree but will consider associates degree with an additional three (3) years of practical experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience at Higher Headquarters organization (e.g. MAJCOM, equivalent, or above)
Experience

• Possess experience in engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) design, and construction.

• Engineering experience includes expertise in construction project scheduling, cost control, cost estimating, construction management, quality assurance, project budget management, as well as contracting.

• Contracting experience includes expertise in pre-award tasks, developing requests for proposals (RFPs), contract award procedures, and post-award contract management.

• Possess a working knowledge of the Pacific theater, and an understanding of the relationships and general interactions between each nation within.

• Operational and/or logistical experience in the Asia-Pacific Theater and supporting Theater Security Cooperation efforts (preferred).

• Knowledge of the operational and logistical support required for exercises, deployments, and mobilizations and familiar with TPFDD nomenclature Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of construction project complexity, feasibility, and timelines.

• Analyze project sequencing, bundling, and scheduling to identify optimal acquisition strategies and critical path items.

• Propose and implement strategies to expedite project delivery and mitigate execution risks.

• Coordinate and deconflict efforts across J44 branches, INDOPACOM directorates, DoD Components, Joint Staff, OSD, DCAs, JRM, JTF-Micronesia, LNOs, DLA, TRANSCOM, MDA, and others.

• Prepare and deliver execution briefings tailored to diverse audiences including senior leadership.

• Support the Strategic Execution Branch Chief and other J44 Division leads in posture management and project execution.

• Collaborate with other J44 branches such as J441 (Operations, Plans & Exercises), J446 (Development & Controls), and Knowledge Management for integrated mission support.
