  • 7+ years of experience in technology consulting (working in top consulting firms) OR staffing in a leadership/managerial capacity.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets in client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to leverage insights in business development.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
  • A natural people person with a strong executive presence who excels in relationship building.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue by expanding existing accounts and securing new business.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by taking them out, engaging in networking events, and strengthening partnerships.
  • Lead and support all proposal work.
  • Bring expertise from both corporate and agency recruiting to enhance our hiring strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring we deliver top-tier talent solutions.
  • Lead and optimize the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing top talent.
