What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in technology consulting (
working in top consulting firms
) OR staffing in a leadership/managerial capacity.
Sales-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets in client acquisition and revenue growth.
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to leverage insights in business development.

What You'll Do
Drive revenue by expanding existing accounts and securing new business.
Build long-term relationships with clients by taking them out, engaging in networking events, and strengthening partnerships.
Lead and support all proposal work.
Bring expertise from both corporate and agency recruiting to enhance our hiring strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring we deliver top-tier talent solutions.
Lead and optimize the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing top talent.
