Business Office Manager opportunity near Dover, NH.
This role requires someone with
long-term care experience who has worked in a skilled nursing facility and has
Medicare and Medicaid billing expertise. Unlike larger organizations that outsource billing, we handle everything
in-house, start to finish, including submitting and correcting claims directly with Medicare. Because of this, we need someone with hands-on experience in
full-cycle billing and financial management in an LTC setting.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing or LTC
- Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid billing and coding, insurance verification, and collections practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and able to analyze and interpret data to identify areas of improvement.
