Job Responsibilities: - Assist with billing and collections, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance
- Support accounts receivable and financial record-keeping
- Provide front office and administrative support as needed
- Communicate with residents, families, and insurance providers regarding financial matters
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation
What We're Looking For: - Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) business office operations preferred
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance billing a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
