• GCSS - Army Training Job Description: The Contractor shall supply operational, technical, and administrative support to the Regional Network Enterprise Center-West (RNEC-W) Business Management Branch (BMB) CMDP Maintenance Manager relating to all West Region CMDP activities supporting six (6) Network Enterprise Centers (NEC) and eight (8) remote sites. The analyst will assist the Government CMDP Managers at the RNEC-West and LNECs to prepare, staff, finalize, and monitor all West Region CMDP requirements. They will work closely with the West Region local NECs and the 106th Signal Brigade S3 Maintenance and Facilities team. They will assist the RNEC-West team in managing the maintenance management program for the West Region. They will focus on vehicle and facilities maintenance, Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) management, IT equipment services, LMR tower support and safety. They will assist the West Region to maintain compliance with DoD, Army, NETCOM, and local maintenance policies and regulations. The Contractor shall administer technical and administrative support for all West Region sites. Core Functions: The Contractor shall support, coordinate, review, analyze and provide feedback to customers on periodic (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) basis for all established and new maintenance activities. The Contractor shall support the execution and management of the West Region maintenance program at all West Region NECs and remote sites. They will collaborate with NECs and Mission Partners maintenance coordinators and Business and Plans Divisions (BPD) to determine maintenance requirements and assist with implementing maintenance tasks. They will assist in developing maintenance plans and budget planning estimates to properly operate and maintain West Region IT services and support equipment maintenance requirements. The Contractor shall generate and update reports for all requirements of this task order and assist Government maintenance managers and NEC personnel manage West Region maintenance programs. The Contractor shall follow procedures of the following NETCOM processes and documents: 106th Signal Brigade Command Standard Operating Procedure - Maintenance Management, 106th Signal Brigade CMDP Inspection Checklist, NETCOM AITP Service Catalog, NETCOM ARTS, NETCOM GEARS, and West Region NEC Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA). The Contractor will support the maintenance management execution and support to six (6) NECs and eight (8) remotes sites supporting the West Region. Other functions include:
• Assist with the West Region CMDP inspection program.
• Assist with and manage the Ft. Carson NEC maintenance management program.
• Provide weekly and monthly status reports.
• Attend required meetings, MS Teams, telephonic and in person on all CMDP related concerns.
• Resolve maintenance related issues, concerns, new requirements.
• Ensure maintenance documents and deliverables are properly developed, staffed, and signed within the required time frame.
• Support all CMDP OPORDs, FRAGOs, and directives.
• Produce documentation related to project deliverables.
• Create and maintain a West Region CMDP Dashboard on SPO.
• Support West Region vehicle maintenance operations to include dispatches, PMCS, services, inventory, property accountability.
• Correctly fill out and turn-in to the Vehicle Control Officer (VCO) the Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) Form 2404.
• Correctly fill out the Vehicle Dispatch Form 1970. Track IT equipment maintenance and warranty program support, safety in maintenance operations, Global Combat Support Systems (GCSS-Army) and TAMMS 2-1, TMDE program requirement and timelines, LMR Tower sustainment program requirement and accountability, Hazardous Waste Material and Scrap Metal Management, Quality Assurance, Army Warranty Program, and Logistics and Supply activities in support of CMDP
