Overview: We're looking for a
Business Intern to join our Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in Business, Leadership, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. You'll work closely with our customer service staff to support daily operations and improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Assist with entering and managing sales orders according to company policies and systems
- Communicate order status and shipping schedules to customers and sales reps
- Respond to incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Help with customer service-related projects and initiatives
- Support the resolution of sales rep and customer issues
- Process change orders on existing customer accounts
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- High school diploma required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt to online systems and tools
- Must be available to work onsite year-round
