Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of DSD Analytics and Insights, the incumbent will own and enhance sales processes, systems, and reporting to drive efficiency and business impact. This role is responsible for leading the development and optimization of sales reporting tools, analyzing distributor performance, and providing insight to ensure data-driven decision-making at the regional level. By proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, the analyst will play a key role in optimizing brand execution, increasing visibility, and driving sustained market growth. The incumbent will also collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with business objectives, ensuring insights translate into actionable strategies that support regional sales performance.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential FunctionsOwn the Development and Optimization of Reporting Tools for Distributor Performance. - Manages and continuously improves reporting tools that assess regional distributor performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and business impact.
- Owns the creation and delivery of business reviews with actionable insights for Tier 1 & 2 distributors, enabling Regional Vice Presidents and the Sales Team to make informed strategic decisions.
- Builds and refines complex datasets in DOMO, creating automated dashboards and PowerPoint reports that provide visibility into key performance trends.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance reporting processes and aligns recommendations with evolving business needs.
Drive Data-Driven Insights and Regional KPI Execution - Serves as a strategic partner to the Regional Vice President, proactively delivering insights that shape regional strategies and drive sales performance.
- Monitors key sales metrics, assessing regional market performance and collaborating with Sales leadership to implement data-backed improvements.
- Works cross-functionally with Trade Finance and Sales Operations to ensure financial and operational objectives align with regional sales priorities.
- Leads monthly performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accountability for achieving regional KPIs.
Identify and Drive Sales & Service Execution Opportunities - Owns the evaluation of distributor performance to identify gaps in execution and collaborates with the Sales Team to implement solutions.
- Optimizes in-store brand visibility and distribution by analyzing weekly performance data, addressing challenges, and providing data-driven sales tools to field teams.
- Facilitates weekly regional market team discussions, presenting insights on distributor performance and recommending key actions to support growth.
- Develops tools and reporting that enable proactive problem-solving and decision-making at the field level.
Education/ExperienceRequired: - Bachelor's Degree Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ Years of experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), retail, and/or product distribution with exposure to DSD route-to-market model.
- Proficiency with VIP, DOMO or other visualization tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Preferred: - Experience within Beverage sales or a high-growth, data-driven organization.
- Previous experience working in a continuous improvement-oriented environment.
