Position Summary:
The
Business Intelligence - Operations Lead will be responsible for identifying trends, optimizing logistics, inventory, and forecasting processes, and improving decision-making across the Waukesha supply chain by leveraging business intelligence and ERP tools
In this position, you will:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources within the supply chain.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Utilize BI (Tableau, Power BI) and ERP (Oracle) tools and technologies to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics, inventory management, and forecasting.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through effective data presentation.
- Develop data-driven solutions to address challenges and improve processes.
- Continuously improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for analysis.
- Collaborate ross-functionally across the Waukesha business unit (predominantly) and INNIO Group, including Operations, IT, Supply chain & Quality.
Position Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, mathematical and statistical skills, ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficient with BI (Tableau) and ERP (Oracle - Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, VCP and Demantra) solutions and technologies.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated work experience in business intelligence, data analysis and supply chain management.
