Business Intelligence Engineer, Amazon Global
We are looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to join the Amazon Global Cross Border Seller Programs team. The BIE will collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to support the growth of Cross Border Seller Programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop analytical insights and work directly with business and product leaders to shape the Cross Border Strategy.

The XB Seller Experience is a key driver of this business's growth. We seek a dynamic, organized, and self-starting BIE to develop cross-border seller reporting and analytics, delivering key insights to teams worldwide for one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses.
Our team comprises product, program, and tech leaders responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of improving the XB seller experience to increase global selection for customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will own reporting and analytics for seller and selection growth across 45+ countries, deep diving to develop insights that inform our strategy. We collaborate with product, tech, legal, ML, UX, and business teams globally to deliver unique selections that delight customers and sellers alike.
As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will work with Business and Product Teams to create automated, scalable analytical tools that are critical in driving business growth and expansion. This includes building infrastructure for regular reporting and uncovering insights that impact business and product decisions. You will leverage data to provide key insights, enable new analyses, and innovate for our business customers.
