Overview The Data & Reporting Analyst position is responsible for supporting all Razorfish business reporting needs, especially the creation of new dashboards, primarily using Microsoft Power BI, as well as automating where possible, existing excel based reports. This new role is key to a critical expansion of interactive reporting tools for senior management.
As part of the Razorfish Operations HQ team, this role will support the SVP of Operations as well as partner with several groups across Razorfish and Publicis. This business intelligence and reporting role will collaborate with Publicis Groupe and Platform teams to act on those requirements and determine the proper solution(s) to provide robust, digestible, and consistent reporting outputs - including data, reports, dashboards, and supporting materials - for varying internal audiences.
The ideal candidate should have experience integrating multiple complex data systems into a unified set of reports and dashboards. The candidate will work with various stakeholders on the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing dashboards.
Responsibilities - Build data models and develop dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
- Manage data from multiple sources to build robust data models, create and manage interactive dashboards primarily in Microsoft Power BI and Excel for analysis, ensuring the data is used accurately and reliably.
- Develop expert understanding of Publicis Groupe data structures, data tools and reporting platforms.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, working with the US team to generate and maintain visually appealing and insightful reports.
- Create custom visualizations and implement row-level security on data.
- Develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards.
- Collaborate with application developers to design and develop Power BI data visualizations.
- Test formulas and visualizations to ensure their functionality.
- Document the processes used and the methodologies implemented.
- Contribute to a culture of delivery efficiency and excellence within the team, ensuring strong data integrity.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and creatively solve problems with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Work with direct supervisors and extended teams to learn and support processes, workflows, best practices, and tools that support the delivery of reporting for Groupe Agencies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3-5 years of agency experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Deep knowledge of MSFT Power BI and data visualization best practices.
- Expertise in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation for data management.
- Ability to interpret data to understand the business implications. Use that understanding to build data views that tell the story of the health of the business.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- High degree of technical and emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization, including for presenting complex information.
- Exposure to agile and/or content management processes is a plus, though not required.

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $82,740. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
