About the Role:
As a Business Integration Associate, I support the familys expansion into legitimate sectors through low-visibility ownership, back-end influence, and revenue routing. I assist in embedding our interests into existing commercial operations, ensuring consistent financial flow, compliance with informal expectations, and seamless coordination between legal and off-the-books activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an on-site liaison for family interests in restaurants, nightclubs, construction firms, and other client-facing businesses.
Monitor cash intake, skim protocols, and laundering processes to ensure revenue cycles remain stable and clean.
Build trust with store managers, vendors, and landlords to subtly influence hiring, purchasing, and pricing decisions.
Identify vulnerable businesses in financial distress and assist in strategic investment pitches for silent takeovers.
Coordinate with enforcement associates when issues arise with employee loyalty, rent disputes, or competitor encroachment.
