About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support the Frontline Risk Quality Assurance (FRQA) team, part of Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO).

In this role, you will:
  • Provide support to the administration and reporting function of the Quality Assurance operation.
  • Contribute to strategic alignment initiatives.
  • Work in a proactive and independent manner to make recommendations for automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate and consult with business partners to execute on a variety of initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Technical skills: Tableau, SQL, Python, Power BI, ACES, Nexidia, JIRA
  • Proficiency in performing data analysis using Tableau to create visualizations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word
  • Ability to manage and manipulate data from multiple sources.
  • Experience managing and moving projects through completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to assume personal responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
  • Ability to successfully meet deadlines amid shifting priorities.
  • Effective critical thinking and credible challenge skills
  • Ability to clearly convey messages through excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • General knowledge and understanding of effective risk mitigation principles.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
