Adecco is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Sales Representative to join our clients North American team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware sales, a deep understanding of enterprise-level B2B sales, and the ability to develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers.


This role focuses on selling enterprise-grade, industrial, and ruggedized (mil-spec) IT components, including memory/DRAM, storage, and networking solutions, to Fortune 500 and FTSE 1000 companies, as well as system integrators, value-added resellers, and enterprise clients in critical infrastructure sectors such as Transportation, Aerospace & Defense, Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, and Security.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, VARs, and distributors.
  • Present and sell a portfolio of IT components and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT hardware and solution sales at an enterprise level.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling technical products/solutions within the mid-range server infrastructure through VARs, integrators, and distributors.
  • Experience selling within industries such as Finance, Energy, Aerospace & Defense, and Healthcare.
  • Familiarity with OEM IT Components (e.g., Apacer, Crucial, Dell, HP/HPE, Kingston, Kioxia, Micron, Samsung, SK Hynix) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex, high-value technical products to multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of B2B IT services and solutions in enterprise computing and data centers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
