We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:


  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers to understand their needs and match them with our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to build trust and credibility.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, with a minimum of $2M in sales annually.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to potential clients.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

65-85K base, commission, bonuses, company vehicle, 401k plan, health insurance plan, 2 weeks pto, paid holidays
