Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Professional to expand our client base and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the firm's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and projects.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, developers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the architecture and design industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing assistan to create promotional materials, case studies, and outreach campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Work closely with firm principals to align business development efforts with firm capabilities and vision.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in business development within the architecture, construction, or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural and design services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience at thought leadership roles, speaking and networking at industry events.
