Are you a self-motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? Crown Roofing & Waterproofing is looking for a Business Development Specialist to support our Sales team in achieving revenue goals and expanding our commercial client base.
What You'll Do: ️ Networking & Client Outreach: Identify and connect with potential commercial clients, including in commercial real estate.
️ Pipeline Management: Track and manage opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to contract.
️ Marketing & Events: Schedule lunch & learns, onsite visits, and other networking opportunities.
️ Client Relations: Provide exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
️ Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
️ CRM & Reporting: Use Salesforce to manage all activities and maintain an organized schedule.
️ Team Collaboration: Participate in huddle meetings, including Monday strategy meetings with leadership.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous sales experience in the roofing industry (preferred)
Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to travel locally
