At Aletek we provide solutions to make gas compression and heavy mine equipment engines more productive, reliable, and safe. This exciting role is to grow our market share in the USA. This role will be based out of Charlotte, NC and will involve frequent travel within the Appalachian region to visit our potential clients and jobsites. (We average about 3 days a week travel)


What you will do in the role.


  • Grow and maintain strong and trusting relationships with maintenance management staff at gas compression companies, dealerships and mine sites in our Appalachian region.
  • Learn and develop new opportunities for growth through market analysis and strategic planning for existing and new accounts.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy / sales action plan focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange and facilitate face-to-face meetings with existing and potential clients.
  • Call clients to generate leads, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close business deals.
  • Develop and foster a healthy sales and opportunity pipeline.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales contracts in conjunction with internal support team.
  • Manage communication between clients and internal operations teams.
  • Assist with 3D scan, measure and sketch machinery and exhaust with our onsite support person.
  • Assist in some installation of product and train the mine employees on how to install with our onsite support person.

  • Proven working experience as a client account manager, sales executive, or a relevant role. Or willing to be trained.
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales. Or willing to be trained.

  • Enthusiastic and positive.
  • Ability to facilitate face-to-face meetings and present with confidence.
  • Winning attitude.
  • Great on the phone and uses questions effectively to move a client through the sales process. Not the old school 'pitch your product' style.
